What does my plan include?

AI and supported multicamera recordings are included, with allowances for source footage, exports and active storage. Essentials £99, Studio £499, Agency £999 per month excluding VAT (Essentials £118.80, Studio £598.80, Agency £1,198.80 including 20% UK VAT). Enterprise is custom.

Are editors or brands limited?

Studio and Agency include unlimited editors and brands within one account. Essentials includes one editor and one brand. Your team shares source, export and storage allowances. Brand kits do not create private client libraries or additional paid licences.

How long do you keep my media?

New paid plans have no age-based expiry while active within their storage allowance. After the paid period ends without renewal, new processing stops and media is kept for 30 calendar days for retrieval or reactivation. Any later deletion requires at least 7 calendar days’ notice naming the deletion date and team review; nothing is deleted automatically on day 30. Existing agreements retain their terms. What support is included?

We aim for a first human email response within 2 business days on Essentials and 1 business day on Studio or Agency. UK support hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00, excluding England and Wales bank holidays. Agency has priority among issues of equal severity. These are response targets, not resolution guarantees or an SLA; Enterprise terms are quoted.

What is a source minute?

One minute of footage per camera, counted once when prepared. A 60-minute recording with two cameras uses 120 source minutes. Reusing that footage does not consume more source minutes. There is no separate paid camera cap on new plans; file and processing limits still apply.

What happens when an allowance runs out?

New work that needs the exhausted allowance pauses. Your existing media is not automatically deleted. Contact us to review your plan or wait for the next allowance period; storage capacity is restored by removing retained media.

Do revisions and failed jobs count?

AI generation and revisions are included. Automatic retries reuse the original reservation, and terminal processing failures release their unused reserved allowance. A fresh successful export uses export minutes.

What do extra aspect ratios use?

Each exported aspect uses at least one export minute, or its actual duration if longer. A 30-second cut exported as 16:9, 1:1 and 9:16 uses three export minutes.

Is annual billing available?

Yes. Annual billing gives two months free and is paid upfront: Essentials £990, Studio £4,990, Agency £9,990 excluding VAT (Essentials £1,188, Studio £5,988, Agency £11,988 including 20% UK VAT). Source and export allowances reset monthly; storage is active capacity. Enterprise annual terms are quoted individually. Existing subscribers retain their agreed terms.

How do Agency teams work across client brands?

Studio and Agency include unlimited editors and brands within one account. An Agency team works in one account with one contracted set of source, export and storage allowances across its client brands. Team members and brands share those allowances. Adding brands or accounts does not add usage; separate accounts need their own paid plan or an explicit licence and allowance in an Enterprise quote.

Who is Enterprise for?

Enterprise is for a single organisation with higher usage or archive requirements, as well as groups of organisations. Your quote defines the paid licences, the units they cover and usage for each account. One company can be one quoted unit; departments or locations do not automatically require separate licences. A group can be billed centrally; extra brands or accounts do not create licences or additional allowance. Usage is not pooled across accounts.

Are existing plans changing?

Existing subscribers keep their contracted prices, allowances and archive terms. A move to a launch plan requires an explicit agreed change.
