What counts as a source minute.
One number does the billing, and it is the one you can see: the length of the footage you bring in.
Ingest counts.
A source minute is counted once, when the footage is ingested. Nothing after that moment is counted.
Refining is free.
Search, brief, cut plan, revisions, reordering: none of it uses a minute. Get the plan right, then render.
Re-renders are free.
Render the same cut again - another aspect ratio, a revised plan, a fresh export - and no minutes are used. The footage was counted when it came in.
Minutes reset monthly.
Your allowance resets each month from the day you subscribed, on annual plans too.
Contracted archive plans.
Enterprise starts at £1,500 a month. Where an organisation is bringing years of footage in at once, three annual packages set the size of the archive, the seats around it and the monthly output.

Questions
- What is a composition?
- One finished edit, composed from your own footage to a brief you wrote. Compositions are not metered: the source minutes behind them are, once, when the footage is ingested. The search, the brief, the cut plan and the render are free.
- What is a source minute?
- One minute of footage per camera, counted once, when it is ingested: a 60-minute two-camera recording is 120 source minutes. Creator's 240 a month is four hours of single-camera footage, Pro's 600 is ten and Studio's 1,500 is twenty-five. Re-renders and revisions of an existing cut do not use minutes: another aspect ratio, a revised plan or a fresh export of the same cut costs nothing, because the footage was counted when it came in.
- What happens if I run out of minutes?
- If you run out, your next upload waits for your reset date or an upgrade. Nothing already ingested is affected, and re-renders stay free. Upgrades take effect immediately, including this period's allowance. Downgrades take effect at your next reset. Switching between monthly and annual restarts your billing period from that day.
- Do previews and revisions cost anything?
- No. Search, brief, cut plan, revisions and re-renders are all free, however many rounds it takes; source minutes are counted once, at ingest, and nothing you do with that footage afterwards uses them. During the trial, renders carry a watermark until you subscribe.
- Is there a discount for paying annually?
- Yes. Paid annually, Creator is £372 a year, Pro £1,020 and Studio £2,700. Source minutes still reset monthly on an annual plan, from the day you subscribed.
- What do extra aspect ratios cost?
- Nothing. Deliver one cut at 16:9, 1:1 and 9:16 and you have rendered footage that was counted once, at ingest; re-renders do not use minutes.
- What is included in Enterprise?
- A contracted archive with no fixed monthly allowance: minutes are sized by the contract. Enterprise starts at £1,500 a month; the annual packages are Team at £18,000 (2,000 archive hours, 10 users, 250 compositions a month), Archive at £36,000 (10,000 hours, 30 users, 750 a month) and Network from £75,000, sized to the organisation. Onboarding is included for smaller deployments.
- Can I change plans?
