- A cut plan includes ordered segments, source references and timecodes, editorial reasoning and estimated duration. These let a reviewer check the proposed story against the recordings selected for the composition.
- What should a marketing team check before rendering?
- Check that the opening is supported by the recording, the sequence retains necessary context, the selected words support the campaign message and any claims are still current. Verify permission and speaker consent separately. Then compare the planned length with the target.
- Does reviewing a plan use my allowance?
- Planning and reviewing do not use any allowance; AI planning and revisions are included. Source minutes are counted once, when footage is ingested, and each rendered aspect uses export minutes.
- Can I change the selected moments or their order?
- Yes. Request a structural revision in plain language and inspect the updated plan version. Check that the new sequence resolves your note before rendering; revisions remain grounded in the selected footage.
- Can I review framing as well as the story?
- Yes. An optional visual-plan workflow lets you propose framing, read the proposal, run preflight checks and approve it for the cut before rendering. Editorial and visual plans have separate version records. This is an additional review step, not a requirement for every render.
- Is reviewing the plan enough to approve a finished video?
- No. A plan helps you inspect selection and structure. Watch the rendered output to check the actual pacing, crops, caption readability and sound before publishing. Source timecodes show where a statement came from; they do not prove it is true.
- Can developers retrieve the plan?
- Yes. Plans and their versions are available through the API and agent workflows. Teams can use these records alongside their existing review process.
